For returns, email support@mirolyub.com with your order number.

European Union orders

For orders delivered to European Union countries, you may request a return within 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. The deadline is extended to account for weekends and public holidays.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Contact us by email for return instructions and the correct return address.

You may request cancellation before your item is fulfilled. If it has already been fulfilled, contact us about returning it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Email support@mirolyub.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Change-of-mind return shipping terms do not limit your rights for faulty or incorrect goods.

For orders outside the European Union, email us about returns. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
